  1. יבוא המלאי. אתם (או הספק שלכם בסין/בישראל) שולחים את המלאי אלינו — אווירי או ימי. על משלוחים מישראל אנחנו יכולים לסדר דלת-לדלת עם עמיל המכס שלנו: הובלה, שחרור במכס והגעה עד המחסן.Import your inventory. You (or your supplier in China / Israel) send us the inventory — by air or ocean. For shipments from Israel we can arrange door-to-door with our customs broker: freight, customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse.
  2. קליטה ואחסון. אנחנו סופרים ובודקים כל פריט מול רשימת האריזה, מאחסנים על מדפים ממוספרים, ומדווחים על כל פער.Receiving & storage. We count and inspect every item against your packing list, store it on numbered racking, and report any discrepancy.
  3. חיבור החנות. מחברים את Shopify / Amazon / WooCommerce וכו' — ההזמנות זורמות אלינו אוטומטית והמעקב חוזר ללקוח.Connect your store. We connect Shopify / Amazon / WooCommerce and more — orders flow to us automatically and tracking is pushed back to the customer.
  4. ליקוט, אריזה ומשלוח. כל הזמנה נארזת ונשלחת באותו יום עסקים בשילוח מקומי בארה״ב, בתעריפי נפח.Pick, pack & ship. Every order is packed and shipped the same business day via domestic US carriers at volume rates.
  5. החזרות ו-FBA. החזרות מגיעות לכתובת אמריקאית ומטופלות אצלנו; ואם אתם מוכרים ב-Amazon, אנחנו מבצעים הכנת FBA (מדבקות FNSKU, poly-bag, קרטונים) ומעבירים ל-Amazon.Returns & FBA. Returns arrive at a US address and are handled by us; and if you sell on Amazon, we do FBA prep (FNSKU labels, poly-bags, cartons) and forward to Amazon.

For most Israeli brands it's an efficient starting point; if your volume later calls for an additional warehouse, we're happy to advise.

אני צריך חברה אמריקאית או מספר EIN?Do I need a US company or an EIN?

You can operate as a Foreign Importer of Record for imports. If and when you want to set up a US entity, that's your decision — not a condition for working with us.

כמה זמן לוקח להתחיל?How long does it take to get started?

ההגדרה אצלנו (חיבור חנות, פתיחת משתמש) היא ימים ספורים. משך הזמן בפועל תלוי בעיקר בזמן ההגעה של המלאי מישראל — אווירי מהיר, ימי איטי יותר.Our setup (store connection, dashboard login) takes a few days. The real timeline mostly depends on how long your inventory takes to arrive from Israel — air is fast, ocean is slower.
